The location was great, close to dining and shopping options. Despite the chaos outside, the staff member at the counter was really friendly and tried to help with what they had, even if it was limited. The amenities seemed to have potential if they were properly maintained. However, I felt uneasy with some aspects of the property, such as a strange odor and the minimal privacy due to thin walls.

Friendly staff tried to assist during stay.
I can't believe how dirty this hotel was. The second I walked in, I was disgusted by the lack of hygiene. I found brown stains on the bed and even spotted bed bugs. My experience was a nightmare, especially with terrible service that made checking in a hassle. I felt robbed by the ridiculous charges for what seemed to be a filthy motel rather than a hotel.

The location was super convenient and very close to everything we wanted to do! 😊 The room itself felt a bit dreary and could've used a deep clean, but overall we managed.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff!
My group enjoyed our brief stay in a spacious Double Room. The team provided stellar service despite some limitations in facilities. Dining options nearby were convenient. try the local café for breakfast! Just be aware of room maintenance issues. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly assistance.

The two nights we spent here were surprisingly cozy, especially with those comfy beds and clean sheets that just made it easy to relax. I enjoyed lounging by the pool and the warmth of the hot tub after a long day. The bathroom could’ve used some tidying, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😀

The location was good and the staff were
helpful during our stay. We appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room, but the bathroom could use some upgrades. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though a few changes could enhance comfort.

missingWrote a review on Feb 04fire stick tv
It was just a suitable option for a cursory stop in Hamilton with good value for cost. The fire stick TV needed a passcode that we weren't initially given, which was a hassle. Ask about amenities upon check-in to avoid surprises.
